Hello again!

Post by flav »

HI EVERYONE!

Been a while since i poped through to stop and say hello to all the wonderful legitimate people on this forum. After travelling around a bit this place always feels like home.

It is with Great Pleasure to let everyone know that Michael Hutchison 'lowmion' (sigma with the engine fire) was found guilty of lies and that ZOOM Tuning was found innocent of any wrong doing. The Judge also found that the bonnet had been changed which is what I had been saying all along and that he Denied that in court and to everyone on the sigma forum.
I used 1 witness and 5 letters from other witnesses that showed he had changed the bonnet.
He also tried to tell the judge he had photos of the car at my place with an undamaged bonnet on his phone (obviously photoshoped) which the Judge told him he was not interested in anymore in what he had to offer.

The court found some statements from Michael Hutchison and his witness were lies.
The court found that his car was not what he said it was worth.
The court found that the bonnet had been changed.
The court found that the fire was caused by a 'SUDDEN FUEL LEAK'while in the posession of Michael Hutchison.
That ZOOM Tuning and Flavio Sibilla had nothing to do with the fire.
That the matter is over and has been dealt with.

Thats pretty much as the Judge called it but you can listen to it when it becomes available.

I have heard there are a lot of pissed of people on the sigma forum as he lied to them as well as me and the Judge.

SO...If anyone needs me for advice Im always available to help out NO MATTER what forum they are from.

I will not be publically answering anything further about the car as there is an Intervention order in place from today to stop him and his criminal mates from harrasing anyone i know and that prevents him and i posting about it online.

What I have written here may need to be removed as soon as he is served.

The final hearing will be on you tube for everyone to listen to if there are no rules against that and there will be links posted in every forum.

NOW...BEFORE anyone makes any comments you had better think long and hard as I have always prided myself on HELPING PEOPLE.
I know there has always been conflict on this planet and this place is no different wheather its about me or Chris Collier or anyone else. This is place of sanctuary so keep it like that if you have pride of being on this great forum.

I love you all and we all have ups and downs so please... Lets keep this place solid.
Thanks for everyones support. You all rock!

Thats what i love about this place. It's like a family.

I was told from the beginning that we had the judge we did. He was very experienced in liars and in motorcars so i was wrapped all along. The best part was when they all began to lie and they started getting their stories mixed up!! I already knew he played with the car after me the second i saw it. I was smart enough not to let him know and he bought himself undone with his own 'expert assessment report'. I should ring the guy and thank him. It's also amazing how intelligent Starion owners are compared to Sigma owners on the sigma-galant forum. They supported the sigma guy without while he lied his ass of to all of them on the forum. That just would not happen here.

Sudden fuel leak from a bonnet change? Dude, do you know how many fuel leaks I have seen from people trying to change bonnets on their own? Apprentices were classics..every time, even with 2 people...whack! Smack on the ecu return line. The issue is the t/b is up high and the metal exit tube is waaaay to long. So when u hit the rubber it fails on the edge.

The sigma owner admitted he changed the bonnet on his own but tried to say it was before I worked on it but I had tonnes of proof he was fibbin!! . Anyway, the assessor was on the ball with 40 years experience. He said what everyone on our side already knew. He must have been pretty old...

Great to be home everyone. Miss you all badly! *HUGGS*!!!
