LOL We all are Darren, don't lose any sleep over it. Just some more than others.
Reminds me of a story relating to the two SW20s I bought. Absolutely loved the turbo, anyway that's another story. Many years ago when I had them, my grandfather (an ex bank manager) used to ask me, "Have you still got those MDI's?". I used to always correct him except for the day I replied instead with, "What's this MDI you keep talking about?". With a straight face his response was, "Mad Damn Investment".

rofl Love the MDI's I have a few of them. My cousin owns a firearms business and a young guy used to work for him. One day my cousin was trying to help this young guy get ahead in life and suggested he start saving for the future. He informed my cousin that he already had quite a few "investments". My shocked cousin asked what they were ?
"Star Wars figures" was the response. Apparently the young guy was pretty pissed off about the light sabre he purchased as it didnt actually work though so I guess not all of them were good investments.

LOL Yeah, I guess it's like a lot of things in life. It's about your intention.
We've all bought shit at times purely in the hope that someday we can cash in on it. I used to "invest" in bike parts as a kid to fix bikes and sell them.
Good thing I never used to put any value on my time, I used to build wheels from scratch and everything...
Now I know when I put time (and money) into any of the fleet of Starions, it's first and foremost for my enjoyment or towards the ongoing upkeep. Anything else (if that exists) is a bonus.

Well I picked up my MR2 today and the friggin thing is amazingk, so much fun to drive, a real go kart feel to them. It is incredibly original and in such good condition I was lucky to find one in such condition. Any of you who know me know how fussy I am about the condition of my cars. whats the name of the photo site we use to host pics again ??
