Here is a perfect example of why ANDRA's stringent safety rules are so inportant.

Both drivers are ok, cars can be rebuilt.

The crash was fri night, here at WSID. During the full throttle friday. The car in the right (rocket lane), Stere, aka Junior, from SCR, dropped coolant fron 900ft. I count atleast 12 rolls.

Nah, Dale & Rob Sanbury still own the old yellow PACMAN RX-3.

Currently being redone from front to back.

Anth's car was/is a full chassis (top notch race cars) deal. Basicly just needs a new body and some bar work and she will be good to go again.

Despite these kind of incidents occurring in motorsport (including Coulthards Bathurst tumble), rarely do we ever see injuries due to the way our comp cars are built. This is why I prefer to drive in events.
I'm shit scared of driving family cars on the streets where far too many injuries & deaths occur.
Ditto, cars can be rebuilt / reskinned, but injuries hurt, & the older I get, the longer the pain takes to heal. Luckily for me, not a scratch after my recent tumble at the track.

Yep, I counted 12 rolls also. One of the worst crashes I have seen in Aus.
