Sorry guys but i have been in hospital for 2 weeks :( My health has gone down hill and i have lost movement in my right hand. I can no longer do either of my jobs

My life is now upside down, and it will be months before i can work on a car again.
I now have to learn to be left handed, and basically look at what sort of job i can still do to pay the bills.
Thanks for the concern guys :D It's nice to know that my friends will help me bounce back.

Sad to hear you're not 100% Shannon, but having owned Starions you have plenty of experience of what it takes to overcome adversity.
Good luck with the rehab & getting back on your feet.

Just want to say a big thank you for all the kind wishes. I will be going through all my pm's today and updating my resume for Bursons :)
I guess i have to look at this as a second chance and see where it takes me.
P.S. Ute motor was 90% complete, but i will have to fit power steering to the old girl now :(

Holy crap Shannon, life just keeps delivering for you hey :(
Mate, Aaron's job offer is too good to pass up, thats what good mates do so 'on ya Aaron for that :beer
How the hell did that happen, seems surreal that you can just lose movement in one hand. Bloody hell!!!!
All the best for a speedy recovery. If for any reason Aaron's offer doesnt pan out (and there's no reason to suggest it wont) let me know, our company is always looking for good people with a strong work ethic and good personality. I'm sure somewhere we can slot you into a branch role learning the electrical wholesaling industry which can then lead on to really good opportunities such as branch managers with bonuses, overseas rewards trips and plenty of partying and customer 'relations' involved. Rexel is a good employer for the right people so just keep it in mind. I would obviously be more than happy to push you through into the business by talking to the right people on your behalf.
Cheers mate and keep your chin up.
