hey guys,
old to mitsi cars but new to starions and this forum.
my names simon, thought i would introduce myself. on lots of other mitsi forums but now i need the help of this one.
end of last year i bought myself a rather rare bit of mitsubishi ex lancer 1982 rwd. it can be road reg and i have the plates and all for it and want to start getting it happening soon.
it currently runs a 2.6lt astron engine with twin 45mm webbers, sounds mad for sure, but tuning webers to still not get that much power doesnt do much for me. and really i love turbos. so this little beast is going to be getting a transplant from a starion, i have been offered a full car quite cheap that has a seized balance shaft im told and has been parked for several years since.
so thats the plan. so i am on here for info mainly on engines and gearboxes. but also maybe the tc conversion. i have heaps of vr4 and evo gear around so wouldnt be to hard.

i also have a aust delivered 2 door cb gsr hatch with a 4g61t in it and piles of mods.
a import cb mirage sedan thats awd and now has evo running gear in it with a hardcore drive train and hope to very soon be 200kw at wheels.
both are well modded.

Without me trying to hi-jack your thread. I think you should be considering buying my EX again. It will save you shitloads in the longrun, and you get all the rare factory bits. It is begging to be done

she already hates me having 3 cars!!
also a reason i am looking for somewhere to stash this starion i can get, it is stupidly cheap, is the only reason i am getting it.
