In October if I can get my staz running reliably I may be taking an extended road trip for a few weeks. I would like to tour the snowy mountains so would like to hook up with some starion people on my trip. Steve in canberra ?
Who lives in melb ? maybe Adelaide ? maybe Qld ? not sure where Im off to yet. The rest of my family is off to the US for a few weeks so I am at a looses end and dont want to be hanging around home. If anybody has some ideas let me know, I have a place near huskisson on the south coast and will be spending some time there, if anyone wants free accomodation around this time let me know.
Starion Road trip
Hmm roadtrip. Could be fun to get a few peeps together and go visiting... I reckon I'd be interested in tagging along for at least part of it.
What is it about a full tank of petrol and an empty road that brings a smile to your face?

Cool, the more the merrier and the more spare parts we can carry :)
We will at least be staying at my house on St Georges Basin for part of the trip. I thought a run across to the alpine region from there for a night or so would be fun. Dirty Sanchez lives in Canberra ( so do your oldies yes Hoonie ? ) so we could maybe get some accomodation there and hit the alpine region the next day. Either way I think it would be great fun. Mal, come on mate you gotta be in !
Maybe in thinking about it we should make this a starion meeting on the south coast at my place and those that want to go on can.

3 tanks of fuel & 14 hours of continuous driving, you would get here in Mount Gambier. Nows that's a real road trip !!
errr, wait, hang on, I've only ever driven my Starion no further than 200km in one day :( :( You might need a week to get here, lol.
