Hey guys

I am building a house, and the banks have royally fucked me up the ass. Sorry for my bad english, but I am a little pissed. Basically they will only lend me $40,000 less then what I need. So I have to come up with the rest. To help save costs, I really need to find someone in QLD pref on the gold coast who can make an exposed aggregate driveway cheaper then $7,000. I am desperate. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Crushed rock for the moment and save up?

Covenants won't allow anything other then exposed aggregate within 1 month of the house being completed. So not an option unfortunately.

DIY concrete then hit it with a gerni after a couple of hours drying....no one says it has to look good do they?

Woody, I am a builder but in NSW i would love to be able to help you. Why worry about the driveway, just dont get a final inspection. Ive built hundreds of houses and very very few ever get the final inspection until they are ready, sometimes years later.

Thanks mate. Yeah I know you can put off the final inspection for a while, but I would rather have it finished.
