I can't possibly be the only person to have a filthy unsorted shed full of random car bits right?
I just finished damn near a week solid in there and it's finally starting to look... well organised. I made a few changes and it's much much more "workable" now (car being worked on is centerpiece rather than being shoved off to the side)
Of course in my travels I managed to uncover...
2x turbo's (one new!)
a whole shitload of tools I thought I were stolen last year. and i mean a shitload
The jack arm for my engine crane (this could maybe be useful yes?)
another 4g63 block I didn't know I had.
a complete datsun engine (which is now on ebay! search for a12)
about 60 litres of bleach
a 200 litre (44 gal) drum of racing methanol????? <-- wtf?
along with many and varied other random oddities.
You guys should totally try this out. It makes you feel rich (and stupid at the same time).
:D

Dude!
How big is your shed to not know you had all of that stuff?
I must say though, it's a little like Christmas making those sorts of discoveries...
And what's with the bleach? Are you a drycleaner or something? :)

Nah we own a restaurant. I think mum dragged them home at some point but I just took them back there.
Shed's a "regular" double garage (for the country)
AKA nearly 3 bays wide and nearly 3 long... with shelving all around the sides. It's not really that big. It could easily be twice the size and I'd be a bit happier.

You've seen my mess Entaran. Semi-organised but still too much crap nonetheless. For me it's waaay messy, but slowly working on it. I have VS wagon tailshafts and EK rollbars, like I'm going to use them in a hurry, I own Starions!
Though of becoming a hairdresser? Ballarat could become the peroxide bitches capital of Victoria!

Lol. no hairdressing for me mate. I'd rather pour the bleach down the drain than do that.
Gonna go take some photos of the newly organised shed. I just finished putting a couple of sets of coilovers into cars so yeah tools are out atm.

Seriously. That tool board is FUCKING AWESOME.
Anyone who has a shed should totally go get a sheet of MDF and some nails. It will actually take you half an hour.
It has ALREADY saved me over the 30 minutes it took to make just in being able to tell my spannermate "Get it off the tool board" rather than "It should be on the 2nd shelf on the right... no the 2nd shelf FROM THE TOP."
etc etc.
