Perfectly understandable approach to a parking shortage. Probably heard of a multi layer car parking station planned for that site and decided to beat the rush by getting in BEFORE they built it.

I disagree Wantsom. I believe there was a multi-level car park there and it was prematurely removed.

I work just around the corner from there, the way some people drive around there its surprizing more people done end up like that.

I'd be pissed off if I was sitting in that sigma eating my lunch...
Ah well, it's the only way a crummydore will ever rate above a Sigma. hehehe...and a honda for that matter.
