Attn people in Melbourne!

Post by FST4RD »

Hey I'm coming back to Melbourne at the end of the year/early next year to live again....
I lived there for a year about 3 years ago and never got over living there, loved it so much.

I have a few questions though...
I want to live in St Kilda again preferably but this time I have a dog. How hard is it to find somewhere to rent that allows pets? I'm going to come over first and then bring my dog over later.
Also how much is the average house price over there? I'm going to sell my house and will consider buying over there...

Thanks :)

Realestate.com.au, start looking there for prices of places to rent or buy. You will no doubt be horrified. Email agents in the area and have them send images and prices to you once you find a location you like. They have more on their books than on the web.

Golf courses.....all over the place. I'll have a hack with ya :beer
Mountain bike track..there's one in Lysterfield, they used it for the Commonwealth games.

Fst4rd, please post photo of your mum. She already has some appealing traits LOL

Me, I'm still looking for a female mute rich nymphomaniac that owns a pub.
Never argue with an idiot, it brings you down to their level and they beat you with experience.

Well last time I was paying $250 a week for a fully furnished place in st kilda with gas and power included and that was a 1 and half bedroom place. Hopefully I can get something like that. Just finding somewhere that will take dogs :)
I'll take you up on the golf to! Will have to ship my clubs and what have you over later....
Last time i went through a place in St Kilda... yellow place on shakespere street i'll have to look them up since they looked after me last time.
