how good are the apexi speed meters... its just that i have a chance to buy one, its second hand but has never been used. is $300 a good price.

they are only 350 new from memory, they are ok, a lot better once u fit the extra $100 g-sensor attachment. they do look quite pron tho, but dont take the hp/kw readouts as gospbel tho (they aint a dyno)....
Id offer the guy $200-250 for it...
also there are 2 types, the new one has the blue lcd display, its a gen 2, the old ones have a calculator-like display, i wouldnt bohter at all if it was one of those.. (not that i think it is if the guy wants 300 for it - unless he is mad. :| thats always a possibility.) :beer
