Are you going via Canberra? You should be able to do it in 12 hrs.. :D

2008 - Melbourne
2009 - Sydney
2010 - Adelaide
2011 - Perth
2012 - Tasmania
then repeat the cycle... ??

i think its quicker to goto sydney then to QLD instead of canberra.
