Welcome to Austarion. You are the lucky owner of JD starion # 50, one of the last ones to be sold in Australia.

We have another Starion owner in Mackay, davidbek95 (white JA)

I know David. I helped him a tiny bit with his new motor. Found this car when we went for a test drive in his car.

Starions do seem to act as a lodestone for other starions and their parts. ;)

There was a total of 1638 Starions sold (JA/B/D) in Australia. 1349 were JA's. From memory (when I had the Starion Registry on an Excel file that I started on Bishiboys), I only had a record of VIN 's in the late 100's, so that leaves possibly only 100 JD's, but I can only find VIN #'s up to about 60.

I will have to look up some old threads to confirm.
