WOW redzone, a realy "hardtobeat"-story... envy is a moderate word.

Well....
I grew up in a Dodge Lancer HT, GT -62 (slant 6, 225")
Possebly this spesific one (clickable pic!):

The persons in pic are unknown to me.

So I guess my dad's the badguy...

During my erly teens there was a lot of streetracers i my homevillage like Camaros, Challengers, a bluemetallic Dart -65 with loads of sparkling shit in the paint and white vinylroof, AMC Javelin, Mustangs.... you name it! Small village, lots ov very nice cars!
Was driving dad's Dodge Dart 270 -67 before, and after, I got my licens...
There was a very activ rallyclub back then and one of the specialstaged parts was the gravelroad passing my grannies farm... fully opened doubble DCOE's still gives me goosebumps, even on a Volvo 140!!!

Knew it would be a good story, thanks for sharing Dave.
It's definitely in your blood, you had no say in it whatsoever. Chip off the old block you are, even got your own workshop!

He'd still be a good sounding board for a tricky problem I'd reckon. I'd he still in the sport in any way?
