You don't really need the 5 studs, but you will need to get some wider wheels :) You can fit up to 12" wide rims on a widebody with the right offset wheels ;)

sorry, I keep forgetting who you are, but somebody does fiberglass in Perth right? is it possible to make "widebody wanna-be" fiberglass guards to go on the front and rear? not suggesting you should remove the rear guards because they are a large part of the body rigidity, but can skins be made to fit over them? or something even more far-fetched, if someone knows anything about making strong moulds out of steel / concrete or anything else I can make all the required bits to hydraulically press them out of sheet metal. I have seen this done on a mine site for front landcruzer guards. but I don’t know how they made the moulds :(

it seems the japs call them 'blister fenders', there is your useless bit of info for the day. :D

what is the little computer called again? the one in the dash that does cool stuff? might see if he can find one and bring it back in hand luggage. (next to my big vr4 injectors :D ) what dose it need beside the unit itself? do I need sensors or anything?
Its too much work to "make" a starion wide body! Just ask "LXS"!

As for the widebody starion in japan why dont you bring it into australia under the 15 year import rule....

Even if you dont want it, i'll buy it! Im desperatly after a widebody starion.... (just gimme a couple days to get rid of this hideous s14)

Lxs, when you wanna sell your ride let me know first!!!!! Want an S14? straight swap?? haha!

someone rang me a week ago offering me a 2.0L 1988 (1/50 made) U.K. widebody starion for $15,000.00

the one i am looking at isnt worth importing. its just a shell. no wheels or nothing. big dent in the front and a bent in roof / broken windscreen. looks like it ran someone over and they went over the roof! hahahaha, death by starion!

How come you want the 2.6L engine?

You will be hard-pressed to get a decent or even half-decent widebody from Japan registered for under 13K as they sell for 6,000AUD in Japan. It will cost you another 6-8K to get it here, pay the import taxes, and registered.
