I agree. That is more than likely why it was built - just for Summernats and similkar events as that car will never be road legal. Top shock value and top effort re the engineering involved in constructing it. He even went further and made the whole system run on LPG. To get absolutely caned by an excel would be something, not to mention finding out what's in it! All he needs to do now is fit a huge drift wing, and lots of plastic!
Excel's are cheap. The guy probably bought the thing for $1,000 and then went mad on it.
Admittedly, there are better looking cars, but there are also a lot of uglier looking cars!
I think it's great personally.
