If I were you, I would honestly give them a piece of my mind in polite english and basically say something along the lines of '...I have been advised by my laywer to refuse the extra charges incurred by your company and expect the other items to arrive here by (month) otherwise I will be forced to pursue damages claim (if you paid for it to be tied down/or paid insurance for the vehicle to arrive in same condition as bought), my legal fees and time spent resolving this matter. Fax it to them and then send it by a Registered Letter with a Confirmation slip return to yourself.

It is better to resolve it politly but overlly persistent because it is not really the freight companies fault here in S.A or AU that stuffed up but rather the company in Jap correct ? So when you speak to their customer service representative here in AU explain the situtian, the various actions they can take and it's respective consequence (which can be a good or bad consequence)

They will then relay this to the manager who will then give the other manager in Jap a piece of his mind for the Fvck up and make sure you get your stuff and probably charge the manager in Jap or at the very least the Jap division the excess fees and hopefully sort it out properly.

As you can tell, I'm sick of buisnesses fvcking up hard their customers and expecting them to cover their fvckups, cause when it comes down to money issues/shortfalls etc they can't face it.

Btw, who did you use to bring the GSR-VR in, yahoomotorsport/jspec/prestige motorsport ?

Yeah, I removed the wheels for fun. And painted it black. And took out the leather seats, I don't condone sitting on animal hide.
