Best wishes to everyone in the flood affected areas. I've been watching it closely on TV & cannot inagine the power & strength of the raging torrents. You guys have had more rain in a week than we get in a year, it just blows you away just thinking about it. Please, everyone, heed the official warnings & stay safe & well.

To our forum members affected, please keep us informed & some pics please.

Prayers & Good luck everyone,

panda.

The Gold Coast is fine for now, but I am working from home since yesterday lunch. Although no one is working today now, so why should I be the poor sucker working. Thats it, turning on the wii and taking the staz for a drive.

In all seriousness though, my heart goes out to everyone impacted by this. I have some friends who's homes are flooded. And a good close mate of mine who is stuck in Caboolture. If anyone needs a place to stay, I have space.

I have been watching and reading about it on the news here in the states. It is a very overwhelming situation. My thoughts and prayers are going out to those who are affected.
