I'm working on something which could help me take really high quality pictures of the car, so this is not forgotten, just delayed.

I had some free time today so I decided to practice a little.
I started the work on the Advan wheels. It's not entirely accurate because I didn't have the right photos here and there is a lot of work left to be done, but here it is:

I don't know exactly. I didn't have all the pictures and data I wanted to use, so this started as a little experiment, I tried a lot of things along the way which slowed things down. I would say making the wheel and tire took a few hours but it could have been much faster if I had accurate data and pictures. The most time consuming part was guessing all the details which I didn't have accurate info about.
I'll probably redo it completely later when I'll have the wheel here.

Fyi those Advan rims are extremely rare! I had a set on my Ex Lancer, and they were used on the rally cars of the period. They weight stuff all and extremely strong. If you have a set hold on to them

Lookng good mate :D Not sure if it helps, but here is a pic of the rims. :beer

I know they are quite rare. At least here, because I saw a US website where they stated they are "common used".
I guess someone used my car's wheels pretty hard in the past because they are far from perfect but I like them very much and I won't sell them.
Thanks for the pictures. The more the better :)

Edit: Started working on the car body:

Thanks all for the comments!

I have a few jobs, mostly related to computers.
One of my jobs is at a small film studio. I do the graphics, video and sound editing. I build and maintain their computers too.
(Right now I have to fully reinstall their main video editing machine, so the virtual Starion project is delayed a little again.)
Sometimes I lend a helping hand at my father's workplace. It's a car rental agency and I do most of the computer related stuff there as well.
If needed I deliver the cars to the customers or bring them back to the office. In return I get to use the agency's trailer and cars' if I need to move my Starion or some parts of it :)
And I have a boring shitty main job which consumes most of my time and the salary is poor, but it's stable income, so at least I'm not starving.
