Sounds like a good deal. Interesting that it's a 3.9 though - they should be 3.545.

Please let us know if you go ahead with this, because there are alot of guys here wanting to put Starion LSDs into their EX Lancer and Sigma live axles.

this is the info I got from oldcolt off the classic colt forum.

It does need some machining. The side bearings on all Starion diffs are larger so you need to turn down the bosses to suit the original bearings.
Look into the front axle of pickups for different gear ratios.

I'm going to be picking up a sapporo tomorrow most likely, and I will definately be trying this route out. I was thinking about buying the works lsd up right now for the early cars, but I figure the 2.6 turbo im swapping on could use a stronger rear end.
