Has any one see.......

Post by sandi »

Hi guys,
haven't been on the forum for long time, but am wondering if anyone knows why my old JA starion is. Just want to know if it still on the road.
I sold it to caryard last year it was white 1982 JA, here in Christchurch NZ about September 2004. number plate OH4170.
It goes, it goes... It just GOES!!!!

JA? aren't they only in aussie?

Did it have a body skirt and gold simmons rims?
Watch your speed - It's virtually impossible to pick it out of the carpet if it gets blown off the table.

Yes. People often say JA to refer to any early model starion with the old style bumper/pillar vents. JA's are Australian.

If you have the plate number, pop down to NZ Post, I think its like $5 or something :) They'll tell you and give you the address of the new owner so you can stalk them.

Also welcome to AUStarion :beer

Don't want to buy a Starion by any chance? :D

Hey thanks for that, didn't even think about post office. Don't really want to stalk them just make sure they are looking after it. I MISS IT!! :( Not that I don't love my Honda Legend, but the starion was so much fun to drive. Diffently get another staz when we get more room in driveway and more dough

Prozac showed me a pic of one last year that was white with gold simmons rims but it had a skirt, was advertised for $2250 and sold for something ridiculous like $1800, was used for a trade in I think.

Do you know Jason, Sandi?

Oh and to upload a pic click on "Image upload" near the top/centre of the screen

the contrast is at a random setting

Haven't seen that staz around, no doubt my starion radar would have gone off if it had gone past.
