Enjoy :P
Computer games don't affect kids I mean if PacMan affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music :D
Run ridiculous amounts of timing advance, Huge Turbo with Anti-Lag, 40-50% Toulene which I think was legal back then and the right camshaft with the Cylinder Head ported beyond recognition should do the trickStazzyBabyYeah wrote:Man thats a good find, good stuff :D
What I want to know is how do you get 350bhp from a 2.1 litre engine with a 8.0:1 compression ratio and 14psi of boost :? A seriously large turbo and some porting with an excavator?
I think this is a good note of where the EVO started :D
Found it on the UK Starion Owners Club Forum last night :P

Standard 4G63 is 2L, you can bore it out to 2.1L which is what they did.
I notice the Starion won a lot of JGTC events in the mid-late 80's. I'd guess thats where the 16 valve G54B was used, as around the same time, the twin cam 4G63 also emerged shortly after.

Ah, just read the small print, says it...
I:d like to know what exactly that ralliart/hks engine went in still. I always figured it went in the starion rally car, maybe a 2wd version?

yeah the Group A rally car was 2WD, however they used the 4G63 for that AFAIK.
