The exhaust manifold mount is the same yeah. You just need to surface the back of the flange on the turbo, so that where the nuts go is flat. Also a good idea to port the old manifold out because the TD05-16G inlets are larger and you might as well make use of that.
Then its custom dump pipe and custom intercooler piping as the TD05-16G kind of points the wrong way on the Starion, but in a good enough location to flow a pipe directly under the air can and in to a cooler.

ive got a similar spec turbo on my 2.6l motor now (to4e/66) though it isnt BB. Nearly finished, need a new dump made this week sometime, then tune next week....shall be interesting to see the results....
