I have been told by another Group A Starion competitor that all spares and the car are owned by the dealer principal of Sutherland Mitsubishi and are sitting in his shed. Bob Riley had very little to do with the factory Ralliart race cars regarding circuit. He was assisting Kevin Bartlett when he had THE gRAHEM mOORE sTARION AT bATHURST IN 85 but was not involved with the 85 or 86 factory effort.

i'm just about wetting myself in anticipation of all these group A cars coming out of the woodwork.

i aim to own/race one one day. after i start paying off a house. :wink:
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

Yes, that is true. I saw it there when I went in there for some parts. Also, met a guy who worked there who was part of a race/rally Starion team (can't recall what group). He also owned the most immaculate JB I've ever seen.

Sorry didn't want to start a new thread and figured it fitted in here.
But have you guys seen the '84 bathurst program. It has quite a few shots of starions racing in group E.

I'm sure its in some of the videos on youtube.. I might have a pic of it somewhere from John White.
