Seat belts do their thing under normal driving conditions, but otherwise...

Notice the driver doesn't actually have a harness, but using the inside of the driver's cockpit, the wheel and knowing where he's going helps keep him where he's meant to be...pretty much like a harness would.
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
Increase engine performance & prolong engine life...
