Flav, you need to push F8 as soon as the computer starts up, and keep pushing F8 until you get to the screen as previously described.
Don't wait until it starts to boot to Windows, because then it's too late to do anything.
If you're not getting any love from your Logitech wireless keyboard, grab a wired one with a PS2 connector on it, and try that. The PS2 connector on the keyboard end is a little cannon style plug with 6 pins and a blade connector in it. The PC end is usually purple on the back of your PC, and it should have a little picture of a keyboard next to it.
