Obviously more suited to either hard core street or dedicated circuit cars, but they look pretty good to me.

Look good to me, might be able to mount the motor a little lower into the bargain

Advantages are they will not break the mount that can happen under repeated hard launches due to the torque twisting the motor and compressing the mount on one side while at the same time streaching the other one. They will also prevent the motor moving forward under heavy brakeing
Dissadvantage A lot more engine noises will be transferred to the cabin as the poly bushes are harder and won't insulate as well
