Anybody know anywhere online that sells throttle body gaskets for the 2.0 4g63T?

Go to the local auto shop and buy some gasket paper. Cut carefully and make your own.

ps that return pipe is gonna get heated nicely by the exhuast housing.. better to run them like this:

and the hot side can be a duplicate of the stock style if u dont want to mod the air box.
