yay, i love rants about how the police are useless these days and are only around to juice some money out of someone who's done 70 in a 60 zone.

GO FIGHT SOME PROPER CRIME YOU WANKERS

a friend of mine had an accident a couple of years back, and it was the other guy's fault. Insurance would not pay her until he paid his excess (i don't think she had comprehensive), and up til today he hasn't paid his excess, so her car was written off and she still hasn't got the money from insurance for it. She took him to court, but after that, the police couldn't find him. amazing.

Slightly off the rant but I bought a PA amp off ebay and the guy never sent it, gave me some story that it came back to him and then he stopped repying. I'd paid using paypal, $425 including postage. At that stage for a low feedback person paypal covered up to $400 so I got most back. It does take a month or two though. The way I see it paypal (and ebay, being practically one and the same) don't want to lose customers so they're pretty helpful. Don't know what happened as far as the bugger who didn't send it goes but in the scheme of things, I don't give a rats.

lol, don't be mad at aussie ebay because of somethin someone has done to you..

what was the guy's feedback score like? you always gotta be weary if their feedback score is below 5 or soemthing..

and usually if their percentage is less than 100, i will go in and read the negative ones to see what i might be in for.. unless they have a feedback score of like 1000+, and they're at 99.something %, then one or two mishaps i suppose?
