wtf?? what did they need to get at the centre console for? i would be checking that they haven't stolen anything or mucked up on the wiring down there.. the wiring is perhaps the only reason I can think of.. but even then.. dodgy bastardsWidebodyWoody wrote:I send my car to get that door panel repaired, and what happened? They fuckers almost snapped the centre console in half.

Redzone :
It was a quiet night at our place that night. LOL
hehe - it was the wife that did it so asking for money would have been akin to me taking money out of my wallet and putting it back in. She did say sorry but I didnt detect any real remorse in her voice so I didnt speak to her for the rest of the day. (She knows I am pissed at her when I dont speak to her. )^^^ did u ask em for $50?

Never argue with an idiot, it brings you down to their level and they beat you with experience.
It seems that "HOT LIP & COLD SHOULDER " was on the menu 4 dinner that night LOLWANTSOM wrote:Redzone :

my ja got merciless thrashing, and very piss poor maintenance. only time it did any thing funny was when the battery was so flat it was reading 3 volts, jump started it and it ran strangely. this was after standing for about 4 months
new battery and it fired up straight away.

first test drive
Took the car for a test drive over easter to try out the new clutch, turbo, intercooler and flav's ECU. It seemed to go ok, i took it very gentle. When i got back i smelled brakes ? seems the rear drivers wheel was almost locked solid due to the handbrake cable seizing up and not releasing. Anybvody ever had this trouble ? Thank God for donor cars !!!

yep handbrakes cables are VERY prone to sticking, i'd bet there's plenty out there driving around with one like that, without realising. also often the mechanism jams in the caliper and you have to get them rebuilt..
