plenum

Post by Barney »

Yeh most of it

I cut off the old plenum and made the new plenum and end caps to fit the L300 runners. i then had it tig welded together, i then finnished it off with a linisher and digrinder.

total volume of runners and plenum is 3.8 ltrs.

It's not fair. I want power windows and a digital dash for my Scorp. IRS would be nice too :x LOL.

Hi Glen good to hear from you, I hope its all going well in Melborne. cant wait to see some pics of yours

Im glad you guys like it :)

the turbo is off a R32 Skyline its a T28. I made the exhaust manifold out off mandrel bends of steam pipe.
When the turbo $#&@ its self i will fit a HKS GT2530 turbo, the good thing about fitting Garrett turbos is that there so many options the will fit the exhaust manifold.

I cant wait to fit the new intercooler thats sitting on top of the engine.

What you you guys think if I took photos of fitting it and posted the as i progressed thru the project :?:
