wheel sizes for widebody
the offsets I suggested are perfect as my rims were out too much for the perfect fit (or tyres were too wide ;)) and I had about 15mm more clearance on the inside...so stick with what you have and it will be perfect.

the rear lips are rolled on it, if u want to fill out the guards with a 10 inch rear rim i'd probably go with a -5mm offset. i tried those work rims on mine with a zero offset rear and 10 inch width and they looked a bit too sucked in for my liking.
high ride height doesnt help too much in that pic though. this one u can kinda see better.

Is that with std suspension eg std struts and spring seats? What sort of measurement between the tyre and closest suspension component at front and rear? Last question: what size tyres do you run on those rims? I lied one more question while I am asking: can you get me a widey front wiring loom (I can get it shipped over no probs)?JustPaus_88TSi wrote:I run 19x8.5(+15mm) and 19x10.5(-3mm)..

Dave how were those 10's for clearance on the inside to seat mount?redzone wrote:the rear lips are rolled on it, if u want to fill out the guards with a 10 inch rear rim i'd probably go with a -5mm offset. i tried those work rims on mine with a zero offset rear and 10 inch width and they looked a bit too sucked in for my liking.

mate it had SHITLOADS. u can fit 11's on the rear of a widey if u get the offset right. seriously 5mm of clearance is enough between a tyre and a strut..
ps the rims shown on mine were 19X9.5 front +20 and 19X10 rear 0
front tyres hit struts but rims cleared. lower profile tyres would have cleared ok though....

I am going to have to wait until I get these struts finished and can check the new spring clearancees, especially at the front as I can see issues with the 9" wide and +15 offset.
The rears at -5 should be fine but with the rims worth so much I don't want to make a judgement not based on physical measurements.
I have a 18x9" rim +25 with 285/30/18 tyres which when I put spacers in to bring it to a 0 offset look a bit close to spring seat (not strut). Once these adjustables go in I can set the ride height and bolt up a rim for final checks.
Good news on tyres though, I have been putting Nankangs on my commodore and while not Bridgestone grip, do provide a good tyre. Anyway, I can get Nankang NS2's in the 285/30/18" sizing for about $230 each which in any ones language is a good buy. I might have to look around later for a set of track rims to put RE55 tyres on specifically for sprints and race events. Maybe a set of SHP rims!
