Back again but need the adminastrator HELP!!!!!

Due to the recent hiccup in the system I have had to re- register but change my password and user name which is no big deal but I cannot use my email address because it is being already used.......by me. But because of the fault in the system I can't access the old me. What do I do to fix???????

just wait for admin to contact the new you and it will all be sorted out.
