KISS @ F1

Post by flav »

I heard some time ago that KISS was coming out for a 1 time concert here in Melb. at the GP.
It's not a 1 song thing like other bands get, its actually a concert!
Im not sure how many of you have been to one of these, but when they came to VFL park in 1977 and everyone ran into the ground when the gates opened... we were all stunned by the massssssssive size of the stage.
I doubt that it will be as intense as that concert but its just one of those things you have to do in Life. Im yet to see another concert like that. They set the benchmark for all other bands to follow.
Gene Simmons is a legend. He wrote the movie 'commando' which he was going to star in but ended up doing a deal to let schwarzenegger do it. He has written scripts for dozens of movies most people wouldnt even know about.
Anyone else had the privelidge?

Was a great show.....and Peter Criss was the drummer...never did like that fox dude.

Its rare to see Peter in Australia.
This should be something different anyway...along with the new INDIAN F1 team.

I didn't see this post previously... Yes, Flav great show with plenty of girls!! Definetly a sight too see!

...Peter Criss also came down last time to perform in the Kiss Symphony in 2003 (Melbourne)!
I'm not sure if here's in with this gig? If not, then Eric Singer will be playing. Great drummer.

I know that Bruce Kulick will be taking Ace Frehley's place. I don't think he's ever performed with make-up?

When it comes to Starion stuff/parts and Kiss memorabilia they come neck and neck!
Shit everywhere around the house :D :D :D

The Fox, Eric Carr was great and a nice bloke. RIP. Died of a heart abnomality around 1993. Very sad!
