Rota Grid Wheels from Otomoto

Post by bigd »

Has anyone seen the rims on otomoto lately? Only prob for me is they won't reply to my emails about shipping to NZ. If any of you have hook-ups there I would be stoked if you could find out whether they'd ship a set to me!

Is there clearance on a starion's front to run 8" width with +10 offset?
They'd sit 17mm further in and 33mm further out,
I thought I measured about a 12-14mm inner clearance over stock
once on the front.

Anyone?
Powerplant: Chipped stock ECU, 2044cc, 8.5:1, head intake enlarged and polished, exhaust manifold enlarged,
Balance-shafts eliminated, Intercooled, TC06 @ 10psi, 2.5" high flow exhaust system and dump pipe.

Cheers Redzone!

I'm pretty sure clearance isn't an issue but I can't double check at the mo!

considering one of my cars has a 17X9 with 0mm offset on the front and clears fine, i'd say YES!

oh yes and garry carrol's car has 18X8.5's with 12mm offset on the front

Ok

I found the reason why I measured 12mm clearance.
With 14" wheels 8" wide part of the steering linkage would hit however with wheels 16" and bigger this part would likley sit inside the cavity of the rim.
