Not 100% sure with Starions, but I know with celica's there is a screw near the headlight pop-up motor that you turn to manually lift up the lights.. then you just unplug the motor.. as I said, Starions SHOULD be similar, but I haven't had a look to double check.

yes, starions also have an adjustment knob under the headlight motor. Just remove the rubber cover and adjust it up.

Pull the fuse for the headlight motors first. Then adjust the knob and raise the lights.

yes definately pull the fuse first otherwise when you get the headlight a couple of cm up, the motor will kick in and raise it all the way up and back down again. after the fuse is out, u can take the covers off the screw knobs under the headlights and raise sleepy style. just watch out at night time when u go to use ur headlights cos they wont light much up at that angle :(

Wise words.. My fingers got jammed bad before I learnt that one..

It's a shame you have to unplug them and then plug them back up cause it definately looks cute with them half up.

Where is this fuse and which one.
Get it to Wheelspin Uncontrollably, then add another 10 Pound boost

can you put a variable resistor inline to adjust the height or is it a different kind of circuit?
