Problem with idler arm bushes

During my last wheel alignment it was identified that there was some play in my idler arm bushes. The bushes appear to be in good condition and Nolathane, but I replaced them anyway this time with Noltec bushes.
Problem is that the Noltec bushes seem to have a fair bit more play that the original (Nolathane) bushes.
Has anyone else had this problem, and/or know a better bush to use?

It may be that the arm is worn and need shimming between the arm and nolathane

use the ones meant for a sigma, they're actually a tighter fit and work very well :beer

Absolutely the best, I know because I had the same thing
when I ordered STARION bushes they were thumb fitted
and only lasted a few months b4 they were loose, (but I
think they were the same part#??????????????????? )
but the sig`s were palm press and have lasted 2 years
they are "BLUE" Super-Someting
Cheers:Phil.

Yeah, mine didn't fit either! I pretty sure that my mechanic at the time replaced them with a Commodore set...

I used the Pedders urethane part - EP2001 ("Urethane Steering Pivot Idler"). This part number is the same as for the Sigma.
Fits great, no problems.

Thanks to everyone for their help.
I have now solved the problem. The Noltec part to use is N11010 (from an earlier sigma and all power steer sigma's). This part also fits a whole host of other cars, so they are cheap ($12.00) and easy to get.
Don't know why the listed Noltec part for a Starion doesn't fit, but maybe someone can update the Tech article listing part numbers.
