VR4 & Starion engine weights.

Hey guys. Does anyone know what the VR-4 engine and Starion engines weigh?
Daily Driver: S13 Silvia - 245 RWKW's (328 RWHP) @ 17PSI. 22PSI Coming soon!
Then I have my fast car.... A Turbo-charged Lotus seven Clubman!!!

Not sure but the DOHC head is heavier for sure.
