Offset is more dictated by stub length than hubs themselves.

The cheapest & easiest option to change stud pattern would be to import some widey hubs. This gives you the common Ford stud pattern.

front hubs are easy enough to machine up I have made a few sets ( not for starions ) but they are basicly the same as any other car
A few of the race heads down here are running around on cheaterparts hubs
infact I have a set to make atm for a HQ that is being built for touring car masters - it needs different offset and larger discs

as for the rear thats a fair bit of work you may need to go to spacers as they are short axles with a flange
MrBishi wrote:Offset is more dictated by stub length than hubs themselves.
front hubs can be machined from billit ( I use K1045 ) with the flange offset from the std position that can be moved out and also drilled to suit whatever wheel

you might be right with widey bits it would be worth susing out

I don't think that's correct. 6 bolt cups are only found on 88/89 rear ends with larger shafts etc.

What kinda price range would you be looking at to get a set of hubs machined up to give a different offset all round.
Is it worthwhile getting hubs machined to get a larger range of rims available at cheaper prices or is it actually cheaper to get a set of 3 piece rims made up for our uncommon offset and use the standard hubs.

Hello All

The hubs you mates need from here are the:
- 4 bolt/5 stud REAR
- Standard 5 stud Fronts

With these you'll have more wheel options. Some of you have used the widei wheels on the flaties as well as many other 5x114 pattern.

The 6 bolt/5 stud REAR hubs are ONLY for any of you running or wanting to run the HD LSD with HD CV's.

I can provide any and all of these to whomever needs them. I currently DO NOT have any stock of ANY of them but I am looking for another member so if anyone wants them please POST, PM or e-Mail me for details and to be placed on the waiting list.

Prices bellow are for the SET of TWO (2)
- 4 bolt/5 stud REAR ----------------------------------- USD$100.00 AUD$125.00
- 6 bolt/5 Stud REAR (For HD LSD & CV's ONLY) ---- USD$130.00/AUD$163.00
- Widei 5 stud Fronts ----------------------------------- USD$100.00/AUD$$125.00

Posting a SET of F&R hubs will be an estimate cost of (Your Choice):
Again these are ESTIMATE and will be ACTUAL COST with NO handling or packaging fees EVER.
Surface Post ( 5-7 weeks ) ---------------- USD$60.00/AUD$75.00
Economy Air ( 7-14 days ) ----------------- USD$135.00/AUD$169.00
Express Air ( 3-5 days ) -------------------- USD$ARM/AUD$LEG

NEW Lug Nuts are ALSO available BUT I think you guys can source them there and save on posting costs. But if you want them from the US I CAN also quote on these for anyone.

NEW bearings ARE available if desired for MY COST of:
USD$116/AUD$144.00 ( for ALL 4 hubs F&R )
This is an estimate and MAY be able to find cheaper but for now and for reference this is a good estimate for the cost of replacement bearings.

The Hubs come WITH bearings and are all in good condition BUT please note that these are USED HUBS and I CANNOT personally guarantee the age and or condition of the bearings even though they are in FULLY working order.

Cheers

If these hubs were fitted to a narrowbody, would the offset still be 18?

G'day Silo

Mate, NO these prices are for JUST the HUBS and optional NEW bearings Un-Installed (So you KNOW they are NEW, NO tricks)
If you need calpers, mounting hardware and disks I can get thsoe as well.

BUT PLEASE NOTE:
That Calipers are ussually 15+ years old and may be seized, rusted or frozen. So I rather NOT sell and ship OLD USED caliper unless I find a GOOD SET and even then these sellers KNOW it sa GOOD part and they want as much as a new one ! I CANT sell and ship junk oversas it just not good business practice. :beer

As for the disks, have you guys checked with DBA (Disk Brakes Australia) for the 5 stud widei disks ? If they dont offer them I can get them also no problem BUT again they are HEAVY as HELL and will most lekely be aprox USD$90.00 for ALL 4 disks to be shipped SURFACE (5-7 weeks).

I can qoute prices on the disks and calipers if you guys want but it will be in a day or so as I need to reseach this for price and availability.

Cheers

Offset IS NOT changed.
The ONLY way to change the offset is with SPACERS and longer studs or to use 2 or 3 piece wheels. But I know and seen A LOT of you guys in flatties with some SICK-ASS wheels (Yank Terminology for SWEET/NICE)

FYI...
More "YANK Terminology 101" in case you were interested or cared to know. :D

- Your Girlfriend is PHAT (Pronounced FAT)
PHAT ---- "Pretty Hot And Tempting "

- Your Mom is a MILF (Yes we spell MOM with an "O" I know you guys use a "U"
MILF ----- "Mon I'll Love To F**k"

And THAT concludes "YANK Terminology 101" :beer

Cheers
