FUEL pressure regulator

before I go spending money on a fuel press regulator, jut wanna make sure it's faulty, I don't think is bypassing fuel at all when vacuum is applied to it, no matter how much I suck on it the internal valve remains closed thus no fuel returns to the fuel tank, which would explain some other issues, is this a valid way to test it, or do I need heaps more vacuum than my mouth can create....

depends on how much you suck......

sorry, just had to say it. yes, i think u need more. more is allways good. try hooking it up to the car while at idle and it might do stuff. (any car is fine, just find vac and plug it in there.)

oh yes I suck big time.. :( when I do the same to the vac advance I get a change, so i thought it'd be the same, ...

I fuel pressure regularto has to resist alot more pressure however, to maintain a chit load of rail pressure.. (what do starsion run in the rail?), so you might not be able to move it by sucking on it....
