My car has done about 100km this year, used 0L of fuel.
Does the fuel the tow truck used count?

12 sounds about right! Depending on what type of driving you do of course!

Driving like a 'normal' person, I get just under 10 litres / 100 km.

Same here. But if the wife drives it add a couple of litres.

Depends on your right foot.
I get about 13 l/100 to and from work, occasional playing.

My VELNAS tells me at 100k's p/hr cruising that it's consuming around 15 - 18km per litre (6.6 - 5.5 litres per 100km). Thats on flat ground off boost. Driven hard , expect around 2.5 - 3.5 km per litre or less.

city: mostly 12l/100km
road: approx. 8-9l/100km (90-100km/h, depending on my right foot :) )

those figures sound completley wrong, I live with long 110km/h streches and have never experienced such low fuel usage.
I wouldn't expect figures that low from a 1.6L mivec engine in the same conditions.

i agree with everyone else what you've got to see with a 3.5 diff ratio on a 1250kg turbo car, if i'm not having fun then i'm barely depresing the accelerator to make the thing move around. it uses way less fuel than my mates 1.8l lancer and he's afraid of letting the tacho go past 3.
