Hi
Does anyone know if an electronic gauge cluster like this :
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1983-Con ... 3822QQrdZ1
is interchangeable with the regular one or is the wiring totally different.
Cheers
Agust

Mine was interchangable without any problems, standard wiring is the same. :)

Well.... anyways I bought it and it is on the

There is just something about these
electronic gauge clusters that is cool...

I agree...I wanted one for mine too....
I think they have a lot more style to them than the dials...

not here to burst the bubble , but...
apparently a different body control module is needed for the elec gauges,
but it appears other members have done the swap no probs
good luck :beer

My car had digital dash, which i changed to an anoalog for the time being.. Standard plugs all fit i can't see it being any different the other way around.

Well... if the digital dash doesn't fit I will only loose 50 bucks, not that much :)

Ok, they plug stright in, on a JA, had no problems other than the CAT sensor comming on when the handbrake was applied.
