Vapor Lines.

Are they required? Can I just remove them. I don't want to have to add extra on my fuel cell.

Not a good idea to remove them. Vapour will build up and pressurise the tank. Or conversely, cold night the tank sides will want to pull inwards and could buckle (extreme case of course.)
Or fit a vented fuel cap, but on a fuel cell inside the car you probably would want to avoid that too.

Ok sounds good. I guess I will leave it on and just add another fitting on my fuel cell. Sorry for the dumb question ;p

Dumber if you don't ask.

Others may have had more experience than I have. Couple on here have cells.

I don't know if this helps or not but in NZ Cordia's came stock with no emissions gear so there's no charcoal canistor or any vapour lines to or from the fuel tank. (I assume this is what your talking about?)
