The 4G62 should in theory be 59cc and the 4G63 SOHC should be 66cc
Can anyone confirm this?

saids that 4g63 head chamber cc is 47cc, gee look you also own one of the biggest piston manufacturers in the world. Well done.

the Wiseco listing is for a 4g63 DOHC 4 Valve motor with a different shape combustion chamber.
I need a listing for a 4G63 SOHC 2 Valve motor with a Hemispherical combustion chamber. The twin cam head has a pentroof combustion chamber.
Can any one help

Using 1997cc for the g63 and 1795cc for the g62 and 7.6 as the
compression ratio for both, my dodgey maths says that the combustion
chamber for the g63 is 75.6cc and 68cc for the g62.

Remember this combustion chamber is the total volume of head volume
plus the volume of the dish in the piston.

we did a comb. camber test on the Group A and we got 47cc, what isnt clear is how many times the head has been planed!
also the valves and how deep the have been cut we effect the out come!

you should find someone with a Beret and check for yourself

I got a program were you enter your cc, bore, stoke and head gasket thickess to get comp. ratio if you can get those figures!
