This really belongs in technical. However, you can change it.
If you take the wolf out, you have no boost. If you put it back in, you have whatever level of boost it is currently at. TADA! Boost controller!
Lol seriously though, you will need to find out the version.

If you don't know how to use, and what the computer can do... DO NOT TOUCH!!! Really fast way to a 1270kg paperweight!

Well the bad news if you are running 7psi at the moment, you can't put it down. The factory wastegate will open at 7psi regardless of the boost controller, nothing you can do about it short of trying to somehow drop the boost pressure.
However, if you are running more, and you can tell that there is some sort of solenoid driving the boost (ie, look under the bonnet around near the turbo and see if there is a vacuum hose that goes in one side of a black box and out the other, with some wires running to the cabin) then it may be possible to drop the pressure.
Its hard to find out from the information you have given.

You can switch the boost off easily you press no.2 first scroll down to boostctrlactivate press set it will be on activate press set again and use the <> keys to switch it off or on.Off=standard boost on=whatever it is set too.As for adjust the boost level i have no idea which values to change. And for this to work it must have a solenoid fitted to allow the wolf to control boost as some one else has said. :D
This is for the version 4.

would i have to turn the car off after setting it or i can do it while the car is running ect....
i just went out there and check it, the setting you were telling me which would put the boost down was off already so what could that mean?

That could mean you could have a bleed off valve controlling your boost obvisiouly if its off then something else is keeping it up at 18 psi. :x
And sorry no it doesnt matter if the car is on but you have to have power to the ign for the controller to work.

FYI the Wolf instantly updates itself as soon as you change any information with the hand controller or lap top. There is no need to save or turn off the engine. You can make changes with the ignition on or the engine running.
