The cordia inlet manifold wouldn't fit onto a starion engine would it?

Nearly all Cordias are 4G62... They are also a Sirius motor and they look almost exactly like a Starion motor facing the wrong way. The main difference is that the turbo is a Low mount and it has a smaller capacity, 1.8. The inlet manifold looks the same.

Read what was said previously. The Starion is a 2.0 so the extra 200cc of displacement is going to make a difference, probably more so in spooling of the t03.

Re: starion turbo in sigma
you will have to use the computer that goes with the injection as the FWD and RWD are different(unless it's a late model starion.)sigmaturbo wrote:i have a genuine sigma turbo with a starion motor in it it has cordia inlet manifold and computer i have a starion turbo manifold to go on it does anyone no if the cordia computer will be different to the starion 1 should i leave it with the cordia setup on it and i also need to hook up the pollution gear so does anyone have any diagrams as to where it all goes any help will be much appreciated thanks
i have just finished putting a FWD 4g63t into my car, but i can't help with the pollution stuff cause neither my car or engine had any of this stuff.

Well i'm probably not the best person to explains this to you but i can show you pix LOL
Theres Three Types
This ones from a magna(Cheap)
This ones from a L300 mitisi Van(Cheaper)
And Custom (leg+arm)
The Way i under stand it is the Magna one is better for intercooler piping and looks, but takes abit of work to fit and The L300 van one is pretty much bolt on.
You'll need to run after market computers on these type of set ups though.
Check this out for info on the L300 MPI
