You may have a possible crack in the casting which the oil filter, oil pressure sender, and oil cooler lines bolt to. I had the same problem once. You'll need to get in there with a torch and have real good look.

years ago mine blew oil and smoke out covering everyone following. NRMA found that the oil pressure sensor had failed and that's where it was pouring out of. Luckily I saw it and only lost 1/3 of the oil before I stopped. He put in an old corona plug he had. The gauge didn't work but it solved the problem until I got a new one. If all problems that looked bad were solved so easily!

Oil pressure sensor blowing a seal is very common. Company car did it, very messy.

You'll need to get a torch as mentioned to see exactly what its leaking from, possibly wipe the area clean, fill with oil, have someone else start the engine why you watch the area, then track it that way.

Yeah, there isn't a need to do it, we prefer that you take the time to write in full english :) Just makes it easier to read.

Is that better????

Like I said.. check that casting for cracks. If the oil sender ir oil cooler lines have been torgue up too tight that casting can crack. Mine did.

Clean it, then start it, then look for where its coming from.

when i replaced turbo feed line, i did it up to tight and cracked the oil pump housing, its easy to do.

ummm....when i wacked in the new motor i tightened everything too tight, i dint know u had to tourge(cant spell it) tighten them...i just tightened them as far as they went! its ok ive got a spare one from my old motor....but i need to know how to get the big pulley off the bottom of the block coz one of the bolts are underneath it...how do you reckon i could take it off???

The crankshaft pully is held on by 4 bolts. Use a 19mm socket to hold the crankshaft still while you undo the pulley bolts.

the 4 bolts around the big one are off.....i just have to get the big one off to take to pulley off....how would i do that????

You don't take 'that big one off'. With those 4 bolts off the crankshaft pulley is ready to come off. You may need to tap it a bit to loosen it up if it's stuck.
