Is it hard to get into first gear? Crunching etc?

On a very worn clutch (down to the rivots), the car will be revving hard out and basically going no where. If you can give us say an rpm and speed value - we can tell if you its munted.
For example 4000rpm in 3rd gear doing 40KPH = oh noes
Although there are other things that can cause this, old clutch is probably the most common Id imagine. It also happens if you glaze the clutch, but that normally fixes itself after a few kms down the road.
New clutch + machine flywheel - unusual to need a new flywheel unless you've been threw a lot of clutches.
clutch?

it doesnt crunch in any gears.
when getting off the line normally, it catches after around 5seconds of reving.

Could be clutch slipping or the actual hydraulic bit not releasing quick enough (slave/master cylinder problem). This one might be easier to check first.

I had a similar problem with mine, turns out I had an air blockage in the hydraulics system! Opened the hydraulic tank in the engine bay and pumped the clutch a few times and resealed the tank again, had to do it for a few mornings and then she went sweet!
