carby to efi?

how hard is it to convert a JA motor from carby to efi and has anyone done it any idea how much a mechanic would charge?

So far as i know they never made such a thing :?
And im pretty sure noone was stupid enough to fall for it.

Heaps funny joke there james...yep u had me...sigh u need to grow up. Try using the search feature, i believe you are looking for an MPI conversion.

While there is no JA non-turbo. There is definately a Starion non-turbo. The GX. So the possibility of a JA with carb isn't 100% impossible.
Also some folk like to play 'swap the engine'

While this is true...its already been made pretty clear that it is that of a turbo 4G63 starion...which is obviously injected ;)

Didn't someone post a pic of a live-axeled non-turbo Starion in NZ? That is the A182A chassis Starion GX.

Although its probably stlightly off topic....
its most likely, quite easy to convert all a starions bits to sigma bits hence making it a non-turbo. Not that i have a clue what in gods name would posess you to do this! But for that reason it may not be as uncommon as we all think.
I spose if someone was to blow a starion up and had a sigma sitting around with a good motor...maybe they might do it coz its cheap.
