4G63 Questions

Hey all,

We can use the aftermarket toughened parts available for evo on the 4G63 motor can't we? with standard. i am 99% sure but i didn't want to go out and buy a shit load of stuff and then be stuck.

Depends on what parts your talking about and what evo they are inteded for

as far as i know your able to use some parts of the evo 1-3

But keep in mind that there have been several changes over time in the 4g63

main bearings changed.. piston pin diameter (22 or 21 mm)
the number of flywheel bolts. (6 or 7)

But if your creative and know someone to do the machining i'm sure you can fit all kinds of evo parts.

I always look up the parts in CAPS and see if they atleast look the same.
